We will be working a PPOT Proportional Pay On Target

This should give the best payouts for ASIC mining hardware.

We have some Butterfly labs Kit on order and will be setting the pool to get the best GH/s out of that.

PPOT (I think this is New Payment System for ASIC)

Proportional. When block is found, the reward is distributed among all workers proportionally to how much shares each of them has found.

Pay On Target. A high variance PPS variant that pays on the difficulty of work retuened to pool rather than the difficulty of work served by pool

We pay per share * its diff so ASIC miners using higher diff get more for those shares.
